Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and deployment of Microsoft 365 environments centered on SharePoint
- Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into technical designs
- Configure and customize SharePoint sites, libraries, and content structures
- Support migration of content from legacy systems into SharePoint Online
- Develop governance models for information architecture and access controls
- Provide expertise on integration between SharePoint, Teams, and other M365 services
- Deliver training and documentation to support user adoption
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize system performance
- Advise on compliance, data retention, and security policies within SharePoint
- Design search experiences and metadata frameworks
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders
- Stay current with updates across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Support identity and access management configurations related to SharePoint
- Work with PowerShell or CLI tools for automation and provisioning
- Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices and architectural guidance
- Coordinate with project managers and technical teams on delivery timelines
- Assist in pre-sales activities including scoping and solution proposals
- Evaluate third-party tools for potential integration with SharePoint environments
- Support testing and quality assurance for implemented solutions
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout project lifecycles
