Responsibilities
- Orients and trains new clinical team members to ensure smooth integration into the department
- Leads department-specific onboarding and confirms completion of required orientation tasks for staff
- Delivers medications, injections, and IV therapies as prescribed and in alignment with clinical protocols
- Performs blood draws, supports patient hydration, and receives training to assist in blood drainage procedures
- Monitors patient status, records observations, and communicates changes to providers for timely intervention
- Supports an efficient clinical environment by managing supply inventory, regulatory documentation, and workspace cleanliness
