Requirements
- J.D degree from an accredited law school
- at least four years of litigation, investigations, and/or product counseling experience at a large law firm
- experience working with health insurance clients, especially in the managed care space, and are familiar with the AKS, FCA, and CMS regulations
- experience helping clients develop strategies to mitigate litigation and regulatory risk
