Remote Talent LATAM is looking for a Senior Legal Operations Specialist to join the legal team of a growing AI startup. In this client-facing role, you will manage enterprise contracts, navigate NDA clauses, and negotiate risk-related terms with major institutions.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from review through execution.
- Support negotiations and amendments, primarily with large institutions like universities.
- Ensure compliance with NDAs and other risk-related contractual clauses.
- Coordinate follow-ups with clients and maintain organized contract workflows.
- Act as a trusted point of contact to clearly explain contractual terms.
- Participate in client calls and deliver formal presentations.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to internal legal processes.
