Responsibilities
- Deliver forward-looking legal guidance on corporate, commercial, litigation, and regulatory issues impacting operations.
- Recognize potential legal risks and advise on effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee litigation activities and coordinate with outside legal counsel.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret diverse legal contracts and documentation.
- Advise on and manage regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and adherence programs.
- Develop corporate policies and provide input on governance frameworks.
- Support legal and executive teams in corporate transactions, financings, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Collaborate with internal business units and cross-functional departments such as Finance, Tax, and Sourcing.
