About the Role
This role involves leading development and integration initiatives for SAP CRM and IS-U systems, focusing on architectural design, technical oversight, and cross-platform coordination to support enterprise-level operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions for SAP CRM and IS-U modules
- Define and enforce technical standards across development teams
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Oversee end-to-end integration processes between SAP and non-SAP systems
- Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability
- Mentor developers and promote best practices in coding and architecture
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide technical resolutions
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements
- Develop and maintain integration documentation and architecture blueprints
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Evaluate new technologies for compatibility with existing SAP environments
- Support testing phases including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies
- Drive continuous improvement in integration frameworks
- Manage technical risks and dependencies in project delivery
