Design and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot
Develop and manage event-based integrations leveraging Apache Kafka
Manage database systems including schema design, query optimization, and data migrations with PostgreSQL
Operate in a cloud-native, containerized environment using Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform
Ensure high code quality through peer reviews, testing practices, and CI/CD compliance
Guide team members and promote a culture focused on quality and ongoing improvement
Take end-to-end responsibility for features, from concept through deployment and maintenance
Collaborate directly with business teams to validate requirements and shape technical solutions
Maintain a deep understanding of the product, its business purpose, and customer impact
Navigate cross-team dependencies in a large organization to drive initiatives to completion
Produce clear technical documentation such as system designs, RFCs, and architectural decision records
Proactively identify and resolve technical debt to prevent future issues
Contribute to architectural planning with thoughtful and well-supported proposals
