KBRA Holdings LLC is hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to be the primary on-site technical resource for our Dublin and London offices, each supporting 50+ employees. In this role, you will act as first-level support for our EU/UK operations while also providing remote support for 500+ US-based employees. You'll be responsible for maintaining the internal IT support ticket queue and ensuring a smooth operational environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day on-site support for the Dublin and London offices.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle video conference setup and support.
- Troubleshoot a wide range of system, network, and infrastructure issues.
- Act as the first level of support for KBRA EU/UK users, both remote and on-site.
- Provide remote technical support for US-based employees.
- Maintain and manage the internal IT support ticket queue.
- Immediately escalate issues to the appropriate technical teams.
- Assist EU/UK employees during emergency situations, which may occur outside typical work hours.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience working in IT support within a corporate environment.
- A Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to configure workstations and desks and participate in office moves or relocations.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and Office 365 installation and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Active Directory, including an understanding of Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- A strong foundation in basic networking and system troubleshooting.
- Deep experience with ticketing systems and established escalation protocols.
- Practical knowledge of MDM and VPN technologies.
- Vendor and project management experience.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with security applications and processes.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, data insights, and general productivity.
