Construction & Property Group is looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer - Level 3 to provide advanced technical support and infrastructure management in a remote environment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring system reliability, and supporting users across a variety of platforms.
What You'll Do
- Provide Level 3 technical support for desktops, laptops, and user environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced IT issues escalated from lower support levels.
- Manage and monitor systems using ConnectWise RMM.
- Utilize Autotask PSA for ticket management, documentation, and workflow tracking.
- Perform system monitoring, patch management, and proactive maintenance through RMM tools.
- Manage and verify data backups and disaster recovery processes.
- Detect, investigate, and resolve virus, malware, and other security threats.
- Provide remote end-user support including software installations, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Ensure IT systems meet security and performance standards.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience providing Level 3 technical support in a professional environment.
- Proficiency with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools and endpoint security.
- Hands-on experience with system backup management and disaster recovery processes.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently and remotely.
- Excellent documentation skills for systems and procedures.
