Weekday is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and manage scalable infrastructures, automate development processes, and sustain highly available multi-cloud environments. This role is central to facilitating our modern AI-driven applications.

What You'll Do

Design, implement, and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines to automate software development and deployment.
Oversee and enhance cloud infrastructure across platforms to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
Implement and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and optimize infrastructure and resource usage.
Work closely with engineering, AI, and product teams to refine the development lifecycle.
Document systems architecture, deployment processes, and DevOps best practices.
Guarantee infrastructure and deployment procedures meet security, reliability, and scalability standards.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related field.
Extensive experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
Solid understanding of version control systems like Git.
Experience managing and monitoring cloud infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and security.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana.
Experience supporting AI/ML or GenAI-driven applications in production.
Understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices-based systems.
