InstantServe LLC is hiring a Senior IT Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions in the US market. This is a remote opportunity for a candidate based in India who can work US shift hours and collaborate effectively with global teams.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions in the US market.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases.
- Screen and evaluate candidates through phone and video interviews.
- Understand technical job requirements and match candidates accordingly.
- Work with hiring managers, account managers, and clients to understand hiring needs.
- Submit qualified candidates to direct clients, MSPs, and vendor portals.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure compliance with US employment standards and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong experience working with MSP/VMS platforms such as Fieldglass and Beeline.
- Proven experience recruiting for IT roles such as Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work US shift hours and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other sourcing tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with direct clients, Fortune 500 companies, or government/state clients in the US.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position for a candidate based in India, requiring availability to work US shift hours.
