Support organizational resilience by contributing to Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery programs. In this role, you will help safeguard operations against disruptions by working across technical and business units to assess risks, develop recovery strategies, and maintain readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery processes, including planning, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
- Lead Business Impact Analyses to evaluate operational dependencies, collect critical data, and define recovery objectives.
- Identify and document essential technologies, services, and workflows to support effective continuity planning.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to design, schedule, and oversee disaster recovery testing and scenario development.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records and demonstrating compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Monitor continuity-related risks, recommend corrective actions, and track mitigation efforts.
- Generate reports for technical and leadership audiences, summarizing test outcomes, risk exposure, and program performance.
- Partner with risk, compliance, and business teams to align continuity initiatives with broader organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and executive presentations to ensure clarity and consistency across programs.
Work Environment
This is a remote position. While work can be performed from any location, occasional travel to designated offices may be required with advance notice. The role supports a globally distributed organization with a focus on operational reliability and compliance.
