Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and approve title insurance commitments and policies, providing authoritative guidance to staff and external partners.

- Develop and communicate underwriting directives consistent with company policy and risk management goals.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
- Active license to practice law in good standing within the state of Ohio.
- 5 to 7 years of direct experience in title underwriting, with a focus on Ohio real estate transactions.
- Thorough understanding of real property law, title insurance principles, and settlement practices.
- Familiarity with federal and state regulations governing title insurance and closing services.
- Proven ability to analyze complex legal and title matters and deliver practical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and precision.

Compensation and Benefits
