About the Role
A strategic hiring partner responsible for managing the full IT recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and driving initiatives that support organizational growth and talent acquisition goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for open positions, from initial screening through interviews and offer stages.
- Lead and improve strategic recruitment initiatives to meet organizational goals.
- Proactively source candidates using various channels to build diverse and qualified talent pools.
- Develop and maintain long-term, collaborative relationships with candidates and hiring managers based on mutual success.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback exchange between candidates and hiring managers.
- Contribute to recruitment planning and support project expansion efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment with ownership of the entire hiring process.
- Strong candidate research capabilities using platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Behance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including a positive attitude and emotional maturity.
- High attention to detail, adaptability to shifting priorities, and proven multitasking capacity.
- Demonstrated success in filling technical roles.
- Proven track record in placing management and design positions.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
