Responsibilities
- Architect and manage the global Windows client infrastructure built on Windows 11 and MDT.
- Plan and sustain future Windows client systems using Intune and Autopilot technologies.
- Develop and support global tools that interface with Active Directory, MDT, and SQL-based databases for client services.
- Oversee operational duties, perform advanced testing, and maintain comprehensive documentation for Windows client systems.
- Manage service providers handling second- and third-level support tasks.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training for local IT administrators and external partners.
- Lead project coordination and execution for initiatives related to Windows client environments.
- Design, deploy, and maintain the global macOS client platform using Intune.
