Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary expert for Trellix technologies, ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting issues, and managing upgrades.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain advanced Malware Protection solutions, including Trellix, McAfee, Tanium, and BeyondTrust.
- Provide hands-on operational support and expert-level troubleshooting for security tools.
- Govern and support Data Security/Protection projects or programs.
- Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and tools for security solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to present complex technical solutions in an understandable way.
- Lead efforts to enhance and optimize security measures and tools.
Requirements
- Experienced Senior IT Administrator
- Deep expertise in Malware Protection technologies
- Specifically Trellix
- Strong background in deploying and managing Malware Protection solutions
