- Discover opportunities to streamline and improve business processes.
- Support clients in forecasting budgets and planning technology investments.
- Collaborate with security operations teams to evaluate current security status.
- Partner with security experts to advance overall cybersecurity capabilities.
- Generate and deliver monthly reports for leadership on security and operations.
- Help clients interpret their compliance requirements and obligations.
- Clarify potential cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities to clients.
- Guide clients on preparing for audits and assessments.
- Advise on prioritizing actions to address security and compliance gaps.
- Promote the implementation of proven security methods and protocols.
- Coordinate with the Service Desk to manage communication during incidents.
- Enhance customer communication practices through collaboration with support teams.
- Support resolution of persistent operational problems with Service Desk input.
- Partner with consulting and project teams to track project progress and expectations.
