Motive is looking for a Senior Inventory Specialist to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all inventory data within our ERP system. You will serve as the central point of contact for inventory management, responsible for all related transactions.

What You'll Do

Execute all inventory-related transactions within the ERP system (NetSuite), including processing inbound shipments, item receiving, adjustments, and transfers.
Oversee reconciliation between the ERP and third-party warehouse management systems to ensure accurate data synchronization.
Work with the accounting team and warehouses to investigate and resolve all inventory discrepancies and variances.
Generate and maintain comprehensive weekly inventory reports using data from both ERP and warehouse systems.
Create dashboards for key inventory metrics with data visualization tools like Tableau.
Proactively identify and resolve system-related issues to ensure seamless transaction workflows.
Recommend and implement system improvements, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and collaborate with technical teams on upgrades and projects.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 3 years in Supply Chain.
Proven expertise in inventory management, reconciliation, and detailed reporting.
Experience coordinating physical inventory movement with warehouse teams.
Highly proficient 'power user' of ERP systems (such as SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, or comparable platforms).
Strong grasp of both transaction-level inventory processes and report generation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including complex formulas and queries.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
