FORVIA is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to lead and participate in audit missions across the EMEA region. You will evaluate our internal control framework, focusing on compliance, asset protection, and process efficiency, contributing directly to our mission of sustainable automotive technologies.
What You'll Do
- Conduct audit missions involving stakeholder interviews and analysis of financial, contractual, and procedural documents.
- Identify control weaknesses and draft comprehensive audit reports.
- Monitor the implementation of action plans resulting from audit findings.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of departmental audit methodologies and work programs.
- Build strong relationships with operational teams to foster understanding of internal audit's role and support control improvements.
- Engage in continuous professional development and share knowledge with colleagues.
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 8 years of professional experience in controlling (plant or R&D center), operations, and/or external audit.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, team-oriented, autonomous, and proactive mindset.
- Solid understanding of business processes, systems, and automotive industry culture.
- Curious, adaptable, and confident in presenting findings and recommendations.
- Eagerness to deepen knowledge of internal controls and FORVIA’s organizational environment.
- Fluent in both French and English (minimum B2, ideally C1).
- Willingness to travel up to 30%, primarily within Europe and Africa.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Polish.
