Responsibilities
- Partner strategically with leaders across Corporate Functions to support financial and operational goals
- Analyze financial performance, cost drivers, and key performance indicators
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing activities
- Improve controlling tools, systems, and financial processes
- Ensure transparent, accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS standards
- Promote a work culture centered on accountability, integrity, and teamwork
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional experience in business controlling or analytical roles
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications
- Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and collaborative with the ability to take initiative and drive results
