The eCommerce Specialist will support the onshore team by handling technical and systems-related tasks, working closely with platforms such as Shopify, Nosto, Sanity, and Comestri. This role involves problem-solving, project coordination, and providing technical support to internal teams for website-related inquiries and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify issues and develop effective solutions through workshops and joint sessions
- Serve as the primary contact for technical expertise on platforms including Shopify, Nosto, Sanity, and Comestri
- Support the planning and execution of both large and small-scale projects
- Respond to inquiries and technical requests from product and other departments related to website operations
- Partner with various departments to fulfill eCommerce-related requirements and ensure smooth cross-functional workflows
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience using Shopify for eCommerce operations
- Background in working within a headless architecture environment
- Familiarity with search and merchandising tools, with preference for Nosto or comparable platforms
- Hands-on experience with content or inventory management systems such as Sanity or Comestri
- Proven ability to manage projects efficiently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience in the fashion, beauty, or wellness eCommerce sector is advantageous
