About the Role
The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of Oracle services, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle service delivery projects from initiation to closure
- Coordinate resources across technical and functional teams
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
- Act as primary point of contact for client delivery matters
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication plans
- Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies and governance frameworks
- Track project performance using defined metrics and KPIs
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks and issues
- Support solution design and transition into implementation
- Facilitate change control processes for project scope adjustments
- Ensure quality assurance across delivery phases
- Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales and scoping stages
- Prepare and present delivery status reports to senior management
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
- Maintain compliance with contractual obligations and service levels
- Support integration of Oracle technologies within client environments
- Oversee third-party vendor coordination when applicable
- Manage project budgets and financial tracking
- Ensure alignment with client business objectives
- Lead post-implementation reviews and handover activities
