About the Role
This position involves deep collaboration with external technology partners to integrate advanced AI capabilities into scalable, open-source solutions, with a focus on system architecture, performance optimization, and developer enablement.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partner engineering teams to align integration roadmaps
- Design and implement system-level software integrations for AI platforms
- Diagnose and resolve complex interoperability issues across hardware and software layers
- Develop reference architectures for enterprise deployment scenarios
- Contribute to open-source projects related to AI infrastructure
- Document integration patterns and best practices for internal and external use
- Support go-to-market initiatives through technical enablement
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to validate integration points
- Optimize system performance for AI workloads on enterprise hardware
- Translate partner requirements into technical implementation plans
- Participate in joint design reviews with external engineering teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI and machine learning trends
- Assist in the development of proof-of-concept implementations
- Ensure compliance with security and scalability standards
- Provide feedback to upstream projects based on integration findings
- Drive resolution of critical technical escalations
- Facilitate knowledge transfer across distributed teams
- Evaluate new technologies for compatibility with existing platforms
- Support field teams with technical guidance during customer engagements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of integration methodologies
- Coordinate release timelines with cross-functional stakeholders
- Promote developer experience through tooling and automation
- Ensure documentation reflects real-world deployment scenarios
- Advocate for customer needs within engineering and product teams
- Maintain alignment with long-term platform strategy
