Red Hat is hiring a Senior Integration Engineer - Nvidia AI and Ecosystem

About the Role

This position involves deep collaboration with external technology partners to integrate advanced AI capabilities into scalable, open-source solutions, with a focus on system architecture, performance optimization, and developer enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with partner engineering teams to align integration roadmaps
  • Design and implement system-level software integrations for AI platforms
  • Diagnose and resolve complex interoperability issues across hardware and software layers
  • Develop reference architectures for enterprise deployment scenarios
  • Contribute to open-source projects related to AI infrastructure
  • Document integration patterns and best practices for internal and external use
  • Support go-to-market initiatives through technical enablement
  • Work closely with quality assurance teams to validate integration points
  • Optimize system performance for AI workloads on enterprise hardware
  • Translate partner requirements into technical implementation plans
  • Participate in joint design reviews with external engineering teams
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI and machine learning trends
  • Assist in the development of proof-of-concept implementations
  • Ensure compliance with security and scalability standards
  • Provide feedback to upstream projects based on integration findings
  • Drive resolution of critical technical escalations
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer across distributed teams
  • Evaluate new technologies for compatibility with existing platforms
  • Support field teams with technical guidance during customer engagements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of integration methodologies
  • Coordinate release timelines with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Promote developer experience through tooling and automation
  • Ensure documentation reflects real-world deployment scenarios
  • Advocate for customer needs within engineering and product teams
  • Maintain alignment with long-term platform strategy

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Nvidia GPU platforms and software stack
  • Familiarity with CUDA or related acceleration libraries
  • Contributions to AI infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of data center networking and storage
  • Experience in developer tools or SDKs
