Crusoe is hiring a Senior Integrated Master Scheduler to own and govern the definitive Master Integrated Schedule for a multi-billion-dollar hyper-scale data center portfolio. You will drive predictable, on-time EPC project delivery and ensure the schedule is the single source of truth for forecasting, risk management, and predictive scheduling.
What You'll Do
- Develop and govern conceptual and detailed EPC schedules covering stage gates, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Lead the baseline schedule approval process with all stakeholders.
- Expertly create and analyze Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules, identifying and managing near-critical and commissioning-critical paths.
- Develop proactive mitigation and recovery plans.
- Masterfully review and integrate complex contractor schedules into the definitive MIS.
- Perform Time Impact Analyses (TIA) to support contract claims and negotiations.
- Establish a quantity-based progress measurement system.
- Perform schedule health checks using tools like Acumen Fuse and lead Monte Carlo simulations to determine confidence levels for key milestones.
- Ensure seamless integration of testing, turnover, and final acceptance into the MIS.
- Verify that the Commercial Operation Date (COD) is always logic-driven and risk-adjusted.
- Produce weekly and monthly updates, integrated look-ahead plans, and concise narrative reports for senior leadership.
- Establish and champion all Primavera P6 standards and templates.
- Mentor project controls teams and project managers on scheduling principles and analytical techniques.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent advanced experience).
- 7–10 years of progressive, high-impact EPC or mission-critical scheduling experience, preferably with projects exceeding $500M.
- Expert-level proficiency (P6 Master) in Primavera P6, including advanced administration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Deep understanding of CPM scheduling, logic constraints, and best practices for large-scale EPC execution.
- Exceptional ability to distill complex schedule issues into clear, actionable executive summaries for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required.
- Ability to travel up to 20% based on business needs (Denver/Dallas regions).
Nice to Have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification.
- Direct experience with hyperscale data center delivery or 24/7 mission-critical operations.
- Expertise with Acumen Fuse and data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
- Significant experience with commissioning, testing, and turnover scheduling integration.
