About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients seeking senior housing solutions
- Assess client needs through active listening and empathetic communication
- Match families with appropriate care options based on individual requirements
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Follow up consistently with leads to advance sales conversations
- Collaborate with care advisors to ensure smooth client transitions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Use CRM tools to track and manage the sales pipeline
- Provide timely responses to inbound inquiries from potential clients
- Educate families on different types of senior living arrangements
- Navigate clients through decision-making processes with clarity and support
- Identify barriers to placement and work to resolve them promptly
- Adapt communication style to suit diverse client personalities and situations
- Stay current on inventory of available senior housing communities
- Uphold company policies and ethical standards in all client interactions
- Participate in regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Engage in ongoing training to improve sales and care knowledge
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary
- Maintain professionalism during high-volume call periods
- Contribute feedback to improve sales processes and tools

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure
