Vertriebspilot.ai is looking for a (Senior) Influencer Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) to build and scale the influencer marketing channel as a core performance driver for our fast-growing DTC dog food brand. You will develop data-driven strategies, identify and negotiate creator partnerships, and optimize campaigns for measurable growth and conversions.
What You'll Do
- Develop data-based strategies for expanding the influencer channel with a focus on growth, conversion, and measurable results.
- Identify, convince, and develop relevant creator partnerships with a performance focus, long-term potential, and feel for target audiences.
- Manage cooperations along the funnel: from seeding and performance deals to targeted retargeting in collaboration with the paid team.
- Analyze creator performance with tools like Storyclash, develop A/B tests, optimize campaigns, and manage KPIs like CAC, ROAS, and CTR.
- Develop own hypotheses, recognize patterns, go into details, and aim to build your own team.
- Work closely with colleagues from brand, performance, and operations to align data- and people-driven perspectives.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, especially with a focus on data-based management and acquisition.
- Experience in a scaling D2C brand or a performance-oriented influencer environment (especially Instagram).
- Strong understanding of KPIs: ROAS, CPM, CAC, and CTR as central management tools.
- Strong communicator, confident negotiator, empathetic, and able to start, maintain, and develop creator partnerships.
- Strategic thinker who recognizes patterns and develops own hypotheses, but also enjoys operational implementation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with additional channels like YouTube, TikTok, Podcasts is a plus.
