Kohl's is hiring an International Advertising and Sponsorship Sales Executive for a high-performance telesales role. You will work directly with major global brands and decision-makers to sell advertising and sponsorship packages at major international events, generating sales and earning significant commission.
What You'll Do
- Sell advertising and sponsorship packages across major global Sporting and Cultural events.
- Source your own leads and make 80–100 quality dials daily.
- Work directly with our UK and Spanish offices in near-identical time zones.
What We're Looking For
- Proven telesales experience in advertising or sponsorship sales.
- Experience selling to senior executives or brand directors.
- Ability to source your own leads and hit 80–100 quality dials daily.
- Fluent English, a confident phone manner, and strong closing skills.
- Hunger to earn $50K+ per month and build an international sales career.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with the U.K., German, and Portuguese markets.

You will join a team of 11–50 employees.

- A solid basic salary of $1000–$2000 per month.
- 10% uncapped commission on all closed sales.
