Vertriebspilot.ai is looking for a (Senior) Client Partner / Account Manager Digital Solutions to join our team in Vienna, Austria. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, nurturing relationships and acting as a trusted partner and advisor to tackle their digital challenges. You will consult clients on opportunities in their digital customer journey and manage the agency's purchase order volume.
What You'll Do
- Build close and trusting relationships with the clients you manage.
- Consult clients on identifying and effectively utilizing opportunities along their customers' digital customer journey.
- Manage the continuous expansion of the business relationship with several clients.
- Prepare proposals and, together with colleagues from the Client Partner Team, be accountable for the agency's annual purchase order volume.
What We're Looking For
- Strong orientation toward client success.
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in client service management, account management, or consulting (in a corporation or on the agency side).
- A successfully completed university degree (in engineering, economics, or similar) or comparable qualification.
- Proficient English skills and very good German language skills (written and spoken).
