The Real Estate Cold Caller will generate leads by reaching out to property owners in New York City on behalf of Remote VA. This remote role requires proactive outreach, precise data research, and strong bilingual communication skills to support the company's real estate objectives.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners, primarily within New York City.
- Use NYC-focused real estate research tools (e.g., PropertyShark, ACRIS, public records) to locate and verify ownership information.
- Qualify prospects, gather relevant property details, and schedule follow-ups for the acquisitions or sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with property owners in both English and Spanish.
- Provide regular updates to the team regarding lead progress and call metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience using NYC-specific real estate platforms (such as PropertyShark, ACRIS, etc.) to research property information, locate owners, and initiate outreach.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (MUST).
