Skinnify was looking for a Personal Assistant for Ecommerce Brand Founder

Skinnify is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the founder of our fast-growing e-commerce brand. You will help manage the demands of startup life, enabling the founder to stay organized and focused on scaling the business. This is a long-term, full-time position.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the founder's calendar, emails, travel bookings, and daily priorities.
  • Coordinate with teams across marketing, operations, product, and suppliers.
  • Support project management, research, and task follow-ups.
  • Help the founder stay organized and focused to scale the business faster.
  • Handle general administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and quick to anticipate needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable working remotely.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting founders or senior leaders.

Team & Environment

You will work directly with the founder of our 11-50 person company, reporting directly to them.
