Skinnify is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the founder of our fast-growing e-commerce brand. You will help manage the demands of startup life, enabling the founder to stay organized and focused on scaling the business. This is a long-term, full-time position.
What You'll Do
- Manage the founder's calendar, emails, travel bookings, and daily priorities.
- Coordinate with teams across marketing, operations, product, and suppliers.
- Support project management, research, and task follow-ups.
- Help the founder stay organized and focused to scale the business faster.
- Handle general administrative tasks.

- Detail-oriented, reliable, and quick to anticipate needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable working remotely.

- Experience supporting founders or senior leaders.
Team & Environment
You will work directly with the founder of our 11-50 person company, reporting directly to them.
