About the Role

Atopia Space GmbH is hiring a part-time SDR / Outbound Sales Freelancer to build our sales pipeline from scratch. This is a 100% outbound role focused on booking qualified meetings with large museums and other target institutions. You will work directly with the founder and shape our approach from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain targeted account lists for three ICPs: Flagship corporates & major museums, Mid-tier museums/galleries/festivals, and Agencies/immersive studios.
  • Identify 2–3 relevant decision makers per account (e.g., Head of Digital, Curator, CMO).
  • Run small, high-quality outbound sequences, targeting ~5–10 new high-value accounts/week in the flagship segment and ~10–20/week in mid-tier/agency segments.
  • Write personalized messages that lead to demo calls and move leads through the sales process.
  • Draft follow-up emails and keep proposals organized.
  • Keep the CRM (HubSpot or Folk) up to date.
  • Chase slow replies with polite, structured nudges.
  • Maintain a basic 'deal desk' overview covering stage, blockers, and next steps.
  • Track and report weekly metrics: new accounts touched, meetings booked, active opportunities, and notes on what resonated.
  • Suggest adjustments to messaging and targeting based on data.

What We're Looking For

  • You identify as a Hunter, not a farmer, energized by prospecting, experimenting with angles, and cold outreach.
  • Comfortable engaging at a senior level with a proven record of booking meetings with C-level executives, Heads of Innovation, museum directors, CMOs, or similar.
  • 1–4 years of experience in at least one of: B2B SaaS sales (mid-market or enterprise), new business at a creative/digital agency, or sales at XR/3D/creative-tech companies.
  • A process & tools mindset; you know or can quickly learn LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist/Outreach, HubSpot/Notion CRM, Clay/list tools.
  • You enjoy keeping clean pipelines, sequences, and follow-up tasks.
  • Story-friendly: you identify with Atopia’s narrative and can distill it into 2–3 sharp lines for a cold message.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in or selling to museums, cultural institutions, the public sector, or innovation/digital teams in corporates.

Team & Environment

You will be part of a small team of 1–10 employees and will work directly with the founder, reporting to them. You will have significant influence to shape the outbound function from day one.
