Kohl's is seeking a Customer Onboarding / Kundensupport Manager (m/w/d) to join our mission of revolutionizing the accounting industry. You will guide e-commerce entrepreneurs and accountants through the implementation and use of our accounting automation software, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Provide daily support and guidance for e-commerce entrepreneurs and accountants via email and Zoom.
- Actively listen and understand customer needs during 2-4 daily demo calls.
- Present, sell, and implement cloud integration solutions, with a focus on DATEV integration, via online video appointments.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuously develop our offerings.
What We're Looking For
- High self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset focused on SMART Goals.
- Proven experience in customer support, ideally within software or e-commerce.
- Independent, structured, and process-oriented way of working.
- Openness to feedback, digital work, and a remote-first culture.
- Fluent communication skills in German and English.
