Kohl's is looking for a Senior Online Marketing Manager to join our mission-driven team. You will be responsible for developing and executing the content marketing strategy, managing performance marketing channels, and driving organic growth for a SaaS company that is revolutionizing accounting.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the content marketing strategy across the entire customer journey.
- Manage and source external service providers (video production, copywriting, design), including briefings and feedback loops.
- Lead and develop the in-house SEO Content Creator.
- Track funnel metrics and analyze lead costs, conversion rates, and CAC payback.
- Commission and provide feedback on creatives for performance channels like Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Analyze, monitor, and optimize ad creatives in close collaboration with external freelancers.
- Build and scale organic video content on platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Develop thought-leadership content together with the Founder and Sales team.
- Repurpose content (e.g., webinars to short clips to blog articles).
- Track and report campaign performance and independently develop further with AI.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and campaign hooks.
- Optimize conversion rates on the Webflow website together with external service providers.
- Work closely with Sales to evaluate lead quality and incorporate feedback into the content strategy.
- Build scalable content processes, including editorial plans, feedback cycles, and evaluation.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in collaborating with and tracking external creative partners.
- Several years of experience in performance marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) in eCommerce or SaaS.
- Solid knowledge of tracking, pixels, conversion setups, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of content that generates leads and supports brand building.
- Experience in performance tracking and reporting (Google Sheets, CAC calculations).
- Good sense for target audiences and the ability to develop targeted campaigns.
- Very good project and stakeholder management skills.

You will join a team of 11-50 employees. You will manage 1/2 FTE Content Creator (Text) and collaborate with a Paid Ads Freelancer and Content Creator Freelancer (Videos & Visuals). You will report directly to the Founder & Sales.
