About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of influencer marketing campaigns
  • Identify and onboard influencers who align with brand values
  • Negotiate contracts and partnership terms with creators
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop authentic content concepts
  • Track and report on campaign KPIs including engagement and conversion
  • Manage influencer relationships from onboarding to post-campaign follow-up
  • Stay current with trends in social media and influencer behavior
  • Optimize outreach strategies based on performance data
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on disclosure requirements
  • Ensure brand consistency across all influencer-generated content
  • Work closely with PR and social media teams on integrated campaigns
  • Manage influencer databases and maintain up-to-date records
  • Develop onboarding materials and guidelines for new influencers
  • Lead ambassador programs and long-term creator collaborations
  • Evaluate new platforms and emerging content formats
  • Support crisis management related to influencer partnerships
  • Conduct competitor analysis in the influencer space
  • Present campaign insights to internal stakeholders
  • Manage agency partners involved in influencer outreach
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and deliverables
