Responsibilities
- Create scalable frameworks for enterprise deployments by designing processes, templates, and technical standards
- Manage the full implementation journey from post-sale transition to go-live and initial customer adoption
- Work closely with Integrations, Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align system needs and delivery schedules
- Oversee project planning, milestone setting, and dependency coordination during technical go-live phases
- Coordinate integration with ERPs, data flow setup, and AI model configuration for deployment readiness
- Identify implementation risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage escalation paths
- Track key performance indicators and drive post-deployment improvements for optimal outcomes
- Support customers in adapting to AI-powered workflows by setting expectations and enabling new operational practices
- Ensure high-quality implementations with reliable performance, accuracy, and scalability in live environments
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members to elevate overall delivery standards
- Collaborate with operations to define best practices and enable partner-led implementation models
