Lead the end-to-end implementation of safety solutions for life sciences clients, serving as either project manager or solution architect. This role focuses on configuring and deploying Vault Safety systems efficiently, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards in pharmacovigilance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of implementation projects, from initial workshops and requirements analysis to system configuration, validation, and user training
- Apply deep knowledge of SaaS deployment methodologies to guide global or complex customer rollouts
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project success
- Provide mentorship to junior consultants and contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation processes
- Conduct gap analysis and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs while maintaining compliance
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of five years in the life sciences sector, with a focus on drug safety, pharmacovigilance, or related healthcare safety fields
- At least three years in technology consulting, with hands-on involvement in large-scale or international implementation initiatives
- Proven track record in delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and SaaS implementation frameworks
- Fluency in English required; additional fluency in Italian, Spanish, French, or German is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Technical Environment
Work primarily with Vault Safety and related SaaS platforms. Prior experience with drug safety systems such as Oracle Argus or ARISg is highly beneficial.
Work Environment
This is a remote position with flexibility to work from home, based in Ireland. Occasional travel may be required, supported by proximity to major airports.
