Responsibilities
- Evaluate the outcomes of sustainability programs using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Design and implement impact assessment frameworks aligned with industry standards
- Collect, validate, and interpret data from diverse sources across multiple regions
- Produce reports that communicate findings to stakeholders and guide strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate impact metrics into operations
- Identify data gaps and recommend improvements to monitoring systems
- Support the development of key performance indicators for social and environmental goals
- Engage with field teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences
- Contribute to the refinement of assessment tools and evaluation methodologies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global sustainability trends and standards
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical research practices
- Participate in audits and verification processes related to impact claims
- Assist in training staff on impact measurement principles and tools
- Monitor project progress against impact objectives and timelines
- Work with external partners to align impact reporting with industry benchmarks
- Use data visualization techniques to present findings clearly and effectively
- Support grant reporting and donor requirements with accurate impact data
- Conduct site visits when necessary to verify impact data and program implementation
- Help integrate feedback from stakeholders into program design and evaluation
