Resolve to Save Lives is hiring a Senior Human Resources Manager - US (Global benefits focus)

Shape and manage a comprehensive global benefits strategy that aligns with organizational culture, budget, and workforce needs. Analyze benchmarking data, utilization trends, and regional requirements to guide plan design, vendor selection, negotiations, and renewals. Ensure all benefit offerings remain competitive, compliant, and accessible across diverse locations.

Benefits & Compliance Leadership

  • Administer employer-sponsored retirement plans, including 403(b) committee participation and reconciliation processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date benefit documentation, including plan summaries, employer-of-record agreements, and global handbooks.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations such as ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and ACA, as well as international data protection standards.
  • Coordinate filings and disclosures, respond to audit requests, and support local offices in meeting country-specific reporting obligations.
  • Partner with brokers, carriers, and vendors to enhance service delivery and resolve issues related to health, disability, and paid family leave programs.

HRIS & Data Management

Act as the primary administrator of the HRIS, overseeing system configuration, data integrity, access controls, and integration with payroll and finance systems. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to support accurate, efficient HR operations across a distributed team.

  • Configure and monitor leave management workflows in compliance with local laws worldwide.
  • Support payroll accuracy through timely approvals, time tracking oversight, and FLSA compliance training for managers.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and ensure seamless data flow between HR, payroll, and finance.
  • Generate actionable reports and dashboards that inform leadership decisions and track HR performance metrics.

Employee Support & Organizational Impact

Provide expert guidance on leave eligibility, entitlements, and policy interpretation. Approach sensitive situations with empathy and precision, ensuring consistent application of policies across geographies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system automation, compliance controls, and employee experience. Champion continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and support an inclusive, mission-driven workplace.

Qualifications & Experience

Requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, along with eight or more years of progressive HR experience focused on global benefits, payroll, and HRIS administration. Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. employment laws and international benefits practices is essential. Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills are expected, with proficiency in HR systems and advanced MS Office applications. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
