Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders to align people strategy with business goals, organizational priorities, and long-term growth
- Support leaders across Product and Engineering on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, workforce planning, and team performance
- Coach executives, directors, and managers on performance, feedback, engagement, change leadership, and effective team management
- Lead complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, discretion, and appropriate escalation
- Contribute to cross-functional People initiatives such as performance cycles, talent reviews, engagement follow-up, career development frameworks, and manager enablement programs
- Drive org design, team structure evolution, and workforce planning to support scale, clarity, and execution across technical teams
- Use data, engagement insights, and business context to identify priority areas and independently lead projects from diagnosis through execution
- Support performance management and talent planning across your functions, helping leaders raise the bar on accountability, development, and decision-making
- Help drive continuous improvement in HR processes, including the use of AI and automation to simplify workflows and increase impact
- Design and facilitate manager enablement or leadership development sessions to strengthen capability across Product and Engineering
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing thoughtful guidance on workplace concerns, team dynamics, and career growth
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and the broader People team to deliver scalable, high-quality people support
- Ensure compliance with local employment law and company policies, handling sensitive matters with care

Requirements
- 7+ years of HR experience, including strong experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Experience partnering with senior leaders, including C-suite stakeholders, in a fast-paced and evolving organization
- Experience supporting Product, Engineering, or other technical organizations
- Strong employee relations experience and confidence navigating complex, sensitive situations
- Excellent coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization
- Experience with organizational design, change management, and workforce planning
- Strong business judgment and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- A data-informed mindset, with comfort using analytics and AI tools to improve decision-making and efficiency
- A practical, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to build trust quickly
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
