About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead configuration and setup of Oracle PPM Cloud modules
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional system designs
- Conduct workshops to gather and validate project requirements
- Develop functional specifications for technical teams
- Support integration testing and data migration activities
- Provide expertise during system testing cycles
- Assist in resolving functional issues during implementation
- Create user documentation and training materials
- Deliver end-user training sessions
- Ensure solutions comply with best practices
- Work closely with technical consultants and developers
- Participate in project planning and status meetings
- Manage change requests and solution adjustments
- Support post-go-live stabilization efforts
- Perform validation of system behavior against requirements
- Assist in defining reporting and dashboard needs
- Guide clients on process optimization using PPM features
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle PPM updates
- Contribute to internal practice development initiatives
- Support proposal and scoping activities for new projects
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables
- Facilitate client decision-making on configuration options
- Promote user adoption through clear communication
- Coordinate with project managers on risk and issue tracking
Nice to Have

- Experience with Oracle Project Portfolio Management
- Prior consulting or systems integration background
