Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in short-form video editing for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts
- Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools in your editing workflow (Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, etc.)
- You must have a portfolio, or at least 3 sample videos, that showcase your editing and AI-assisted video creation
- Strong portfolio of social-first video content with measurable engagement results
- You understand native TikTok storytelling (first 3 seconds, watch time, captions, memes, etc.)
- Comfort working independently and managing your own deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Bonus if you’ve worked with influencer or UGC content
