Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to shape HR in our high-performance, internationally matrixed organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the global HR strategy for the commercial organization and acting as a strategic talent partner to the business.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement the global HR strategy for the commercial organization, translating objectives into operational, tactical, and strategic actions.
- Advise and coach people leaders and employees on HR topics such as performance, development, change, and reorganizations.
- Serve as an active member of the national HR team and team lead for several national initiatives and projects.
- Partner and maintain strong relationships with HR Centers of Excellence teams like Total Rewards and Talent Management.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to drive an excellent hiring and onboarding process.
- Design and implement employee development programs across all levels of the organization to ensure future talent is developed, including leadership development programs.
- Support and realize changes in organizational structure and identify initiatives that promote organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver culture and employee engagement initiatives and participate in cross-functional teams to assure positive employee relations.
- Deliver clear and inspiring HR communications, in close collaboration with PR and other departments.
- Provide relevant HR analytics for data-driven decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or other relevant disciplines.
- 7-10 years of relevant HR experience in areas like managing Employee Relations, Organizational Effectiveness and Design, Recruitment, Total Rewards, and Talent Management.
- Experience in a matrixed, international environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven team player.
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch labor laws, regulations, and practices.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
