As a Senior Health Representative for Vaccines, you will lead efforts to advance maternal immunization in Lahore by building trusted relationships with key healthcare providers. Your focus will be on delivering accurate, compliant, and scientifically grounded insights to support the successful launch and integration of a new maternal vaccine into clinical practice.
What You'll Do
- Conduct professional, evidence-based discussions with obstetricians, pediatricians, neonatologists, and hospital stakeholders to promote understanding of maternal vaccination and its role in infant health outcomes.
- Educate healthcare professionals on disease burden, immunization science, and the clinical benefits of maternal vaccines using approved scientific resources.
- Design and execute targeted engagement plans to ensure consistent, high-quality interactions across your territory.
- Support pre- and post-launch activities to accelerate vaccine adoption and address knowledge gaps among medical providers.
- Position maternal vaccination as a critical component of prenatal care, moving beyond product details to broader health impact conversations.
- Collect and report field insights on customer perceptions, institutional decision-making, and barriers to adoption to inform commercial strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of all engagements using Veeva CRM and deliver timely feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Stay current on immunology, vaccine science, and competitive developments to ensure confident, informed interactions.
- Ensure all activities adhere to compliance standards, ethical guidelines, and company policies.
- Travel regularly within the region and remain open to relocation if business needs require.
Requirements
- Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with demonstrated success in field execution.
- Strong grasp of pharmacology, pathology, and physiology, with the ability to quickly master complex scientific topics.
- Proven ability to deliver structured, confident scientific presentations to medical audiences.
- Excellent planning, analytical, and territory management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms, particularly Veeva.
- High learning agility, especially in emerging or low-awareness therapeutic areas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on professional engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Science-focused degree or Pharm D.
