Shape the future of global health and safety by leading Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs across a worldwide network of facilities, service locations, and offices. In this strategic role, you’ll ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards while advancing risk management across manufacturing, warehousing, and mobile operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct EHS compliance initiatives across global sites, including locations without dedicated safety staff.
- Assess and reduce health and safety risks in complex, distributed environments.
- Apply regulatory and business standards to programs in industrial safety, powered equipment, and warehouse operations.
- Analyze incident data and performance metrics to guide improvements and strategic planning.
- Support the development and deployment of enterprise-wide safety frameworks and human performance initiatives.
- Collaborate with governance and global teams to design proactive risk-reduction strategies.
- Act as a subject matter expert for training programs, ensuring technical and regulatory competency across teams.
- Mentor EHS professionals to build organizational strength and leadership capacity.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field is required. Candidates should bring over a decade of experience implementing health and safety programs in global manufacturing and decentralized operations. Fluency in English is essential for written and verbal communication.
Preferred candidates will have experience with regulatory compliance, cross-functional leadership, and change management. Familiarity with lockout/tagout, electrical safety, management of change, emergency preparedness, and risk assessment is highly valued. Some travel may be required.
