- This is not a gig or a short-term contractor position. We're looking for a true executive, owner of tasks, and team builder who can grow to become a partner in our portfolio of companies.
- This role will own that transformation as the key leader, operator, and soon business partner in our company.
- You must be able to: - Hire and negotiate compensation - Train and develop talent - Run effective meetings - Hold people accountable to output and performance - Work with agencies short-term (3–6 months), learn from them, then build in-house
- This is an operator role, not an individual contributor role—though you must still have a strong personal content skillset.
