About the Role
The Senior Hardware Program Manager will drive end-to-end execution of complex hardware initiatives, aligning stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, and product management to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead hardware development projects from initial concept through mass production
- Define and manage project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and manufacturing
- Track project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks
- Ensure compliance with technical, quality, and regulatory standards
- Facilitate regular status updates and executive reviews
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships for hardware components
- Support design for manufacturing and cost optimization initiatives
- Oversee prototype builds and testing phases
- Collaborate with product management to align on feature requirements
- Drive resolution of technical issues during development and production
- Maintain documentation for project deliverables and decision records
- Ensure design validation and verification processes are completed
- Work closely with quality assurance to address non-conformances
- Support global launch activities and post-release monitoring
