Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant working experience
- Minimum 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success hiring senior IC and/or leadership talent in fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder partnership skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
- Proven ability to manage complex, ambiguous searches while maintaining urgency, attention to detail, and a high bar for quality
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- Solid business acumen, with the ability to translate hiring needs into actionable recruiting strategies aligned to company goals
- Fluency in recruiting data and comfort leveraging AI and emerging tools to improve sourcing, pipeline quality, and talent storytelling
- Track record of delivering consistent hiring outcomes while improving processes, candidate experience, or stakeholder satisfaction
- Proficiency with ATS and recruiting platforms (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred) and comfort adopting new tools and workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey insights, recommendations, and next steps clearly and credibly
