Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Global Service Associate specializing in Tax & Accounting to serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams. In this remote position, you will oversee accounting and tax compliance activities, ensuring accurate reporting and on-time submissions across various regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing inquiries and ensuring service delivery meets quality and timing expectations
- Track and coordinate tax compliance obligations, including statutory filings and reporting deadlines
- Advise clients on sound accounting and tax practices tailored to their operational context
- Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers to deliver integrated solutions
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and regional teams to identify evolving needs
- Support the rollout of new processes and service enhancements to improve efficiency and client outcomes
- Maintain accurate records using platforms such as Salesforce, SharePoint, FreshDesk, and Microsoft Teams
- Review incoming data for accuracy and create service tickets as needed
- Monitor task progress and provide updates to stakeholders when necessary
- Respond to client questions and escalate issues appropriately, identifying opportunities for expanded support
- Develop and update knowledge resources specific to region or service area
- Perform additional duties in support of team goals and client success
Qualifications
Candidates must bring at least five years of client-facing experience in accounting and tax service delivery. Familiarity with both IFRS and US GAAP is essential, along with hands-on use of accounting platforms such as Netsuite, Xero, SAGE Intacct, or QuickBooks.
Strong organizational and communication skills are required, with a focus on clarity in both writing and conversation. You should demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines. Experience in project management or client onboarding is highly valued.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications—including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio—is expected. The ideal candidate is self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable in a changing environment, with a proven ability to manage several client relationships simultaneously.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential is preferred but not required.

You will work within a digital ecosystem that includes Salesforce, SharePoint, FreshDesk, Microsoft Teams, and various accounting systems. Comfort with these tools and a willingness to learn new platforms is essential for success in this role.
