Responsibilities
- Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and emerging platforms
- Manage and optimize large monthly budgets ($150k–$250k+ per brand)
- Lead offer testing, funnel strategy, creative testing frameworks, and scaling systems
- Forecast performance, build growth plans, and guide budget allocation
- Work closely with the creative team to develop winning angles, hooks, and testing roadmaps
- Analyze performance deeply (ROAS, MER, LTV, CAC, contribution margin)
- Prepare and present clear performance reports and strategic insights to clients
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, leading calls and performance reviews
- Build and improve internal systems for experimentation, scaling, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing / Paid Media for DTC or e-commerce brands
- Proven experience managing $150k–$250k+/month per brand in ad spend
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, AppLovin (and similar platforms)
- Strong background in offer testing, creative strategy, and full-funnel optimization
- Experience working in an agency or multi-brand environment
- Highly analytical with strong forecasting and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (native-level English)
- Comfortable being fully client-facing and leading strategic conversations
- Able to work autonomously and build systems, not just execute tasks
Nice to Have
- Experience with 8–9 figure brands
- Familiarity with attribution tools, MMM, and incrementality testing
- Leadership or mentoring experience with junior buyers or analysts
