What You Will Do - Spearhead multi-channel campaigns to acquire and convert new customers - Design and implement lifecycle campaigns enhancing retention, reducing churn, and increasing engagement - Develop and execute demand generation programs for new products, creating strategies to reach target audiences - Manage a comprehensive pipeline of A/B and multivariate tests, applying insights to scale successful strategies - Maintain analytics and attribution systems, reporting results and budget recommendations - Optimize landing pages, emails, and user experience flows - Monitor and track marketing expenditure across channels to maximize return on investment - Map and refine customer journeys, including lead generation and pipeline development - Collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate with external agencies to execute campaigns Requirements - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, data analytics, or related field - 7–10 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing roles - Proven track record of achieving growth targets and ROI-driven results - Comprehensive experience with SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and conversion optimization - Expertise in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision-making - Proficiency in analytics and automation platforms - Strong problem-solving skills and proactive initiative - Ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insights - Located and authorized to work in Canada About the Company Scribendi is a global leader in academic and professional editing, empowering researchers and professionals to communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact.
